BIHAR: Bomb blast in Bhagalpur, seven children injured

PATNA: A crude bomb on Saturday accidentally exploded in Bhagalpur district of Bihar in which at least seven children were injured.

According to the reports, the incident occurred at Kathalbari in Bhagalpur about 200 km from Patna as bomb exploded in a dustbin while the children were playing cricket in a ground.

"Some children, who were playing in the field, found a bomb. As they were unaware that it was a bomb, hit it with a brick which caused of the explosion and injured seven of them," said police.

The injured children were rushed to hospital for the treatment, said initial reports.
