This gangster tried in 1993 serial blasts case is holding modeling sessions in a Mumbai Court

MUMBAI: In another shocker from the financial capital, gangster Mustafa Dossa, tried in 1993 serial blasts is reported to be holding modeling auditions in a sessions court during a hearing.

According to the reports, Dossa for his Dubai based assignment, brought eight models in the courtroom and conducted auditions within the court to select some of them.

An FIR has been filed against the Mustafa by a 19-year-old girl who as well was present at the court for auditions. In her complaint, she reported that the gangster shortlisted three out of eight girls who had come for auditions to the Mumbai sessions court.

The girl was allegedly paid a token amount of Rs. One lakh by a close aide of the gangster who later robbed her by the help of two men who acted as police officers.

Three accused in their association with the case have been arrested by the Mumbai Crime Branch. This entire scene is reported to be planted by one of the close aides of Mustafa Dossa.

257 people were killed in Mumbai serial blasts in March 1993, while property worth Rs. 32 crore was damaged.

Even after 22 years of the attack, three key accused of the blast, including Dawood Ibrahim, Tiger Memon and Mohhammed Dossa are still wanted in the case. 

In 2003, Mustafa Dossa was arrested and charged later. 

Rizawan Merchant, lawyer of Dossa stated that his trial started separately in 2003 and not with the main accused of the case.
