CHENNAI: Prime Minister Narendra Modi who is in Chennai today to inaugurate National Handloom Day celebrations addressed a large gathering at Madras University.
On his arrival, PM Modi was received by Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa and Governor K. Rosaiah at the Chennai airport amid tight security.
