Modi addresses rally in Bihar

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday addressed his third National Democratic Alliance rally in Saharsa district of Bihar and is expected to declare a special package of Rs 56,000 crore for the poll-bound state. 
Within a span of one month, this is the third visit of PM Modi after he became the Prime Minister in May 2014.
Here are the highlights of the rally:

•I promise 1.65 lakh crore to Bihar: Modi.
•PM announces additional 40, 000 crore for Bihar.
•Modi’s big announcement for Bihar: PM announces Rs. 1,25,000 crore relief package for Bihar.
•Centre designing special schemes. Bihar did not use earlier relief funds. Bihar government did not use Rs 1,000 crore: Modi
•We are asking countries to invest here. We are committed to working for farmer’s good. Government has decided to bring new schemes for farmers, says Modi.
