Pervert passes obscene comments to a girl in Delhi, dares her to file a complaint

Pervert harasses girl on busy Delhi road
NEW DELHI: ‘Delhi is unsafe’, we have been listening to this statement since our childhood days, isn’t it? But what makes Delhi unsafe? Don’t you feel it is our very own people who have not only started treating women as a public property but also run fearless about it? Well, it is now the time that women have started standing up for their rights and fight for justice. In one of the most recent episodes, a pervert who was passing obscene comments to a woman in a busy Delhi road had no shame to harass her publicly.
The incident took place on Sunday evening around 8 PM in the Tilak Nagar when a woman was reportedly harassed by a biker in full public view. As the young girl decided to take an action against him after clicking his picture, he threatened her of the consequences for the same.
“When I told him that im clicking his picture and i'm going to file a complaint against him, he responded by posing for the picture and said- ‘Jo kar sakti hai kar le. Complaint karke dikha, fir dekhiyo kya karta hun main’ (Do whatever you want, complain against me and then wait and watch what I will do),” the girl writes on her Facebook wall.
Complainant Jasleen Kaur has filed a police complaint against the accused along with his photograph and bike number. However, there have been no reports of his arrest so far. 
According to the claims made by the girl’s father, there were around 30 people at that time but there was nobody who came to rescue of her.
The girl also narrated her traumatic experience on social media where her post went viral. The offender as riding silver Royal Enfield with the number DL 4S CE 3623 and the girl has requested people from her city to support her.
