Mumbai monorail services disrupted due to power supply failure

MUMBAI: Monorail services have been disrupted after the train was stuck mid-way near Bhakti Park station in Mumbai due to power supply failure on Sunday. 

The fire brigade was called at the spot. Eleven passengers including two captains, who were trapped inside the train, were evacuated safely. The incident occurred at around 8 am due to electric fault. 

However, the officials could not confirm the number of stranded passengers in the Mumbai monorail that got stuck today morning.

According to the reports, the train was departed from Wadala to Chembur and got stuck on the tracks with passengers on board.
