New Delhi: Chinese smartphone maker Xiaomi on Thursday launched its Mi Max in India with a starting price of Rs 14,999.
The smartphone that runs MIUI 7 based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow, will be available on its online shopping site mi.com. It has a large screen with 6.44-inch display.
Xiaomi Mi Max’s first flash sale is scheduled for July 6 and the open sale will begin on July 13.
The smartphone will come in two processor variants – Qualcomm Snapdragon 650 and Snapdragon 652 SoCs. It will be available in dark grey, gold, and silver colours.
It also has fingerprint scanner on the rear panel.
Xiaomi Mi Max is 7.5 mm thick and weighs 203 grams. It is backed by a powerful 4850mAh battery.
