New Delhi: With millions of people still waiting to get their demonetised notes deposited or exchanged outside banks, ATMs and post offices; a lot of buzz is happening around in the mobile application market about a particular application which has something to do with new Rs 2000/500 notes and Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s November 8 speech on black money.
A new application has surfaced in the market which lets you watch PM Modi’s November 8 speech if you scan Rs 2000/500 note using the application.
Barra Skull Studios, a Bangalore based-start up, has launched an application called ‘Modi Keynote’ which plays PM Modi’s speech on November 8 when he announced the scrapping of Rs 500 and Rs 1000 notes. However, the application is only available on Smartphones running Android KitKat 4.4 or above.
How does the application works:
• Download the application ‘Modi Keynote’ from Google Play Store.
• Open the app and take a new Rs 2000 or Rs 500 note.
• Scan the note using application at a particular angle and you will see PM Modi’s speech playing on your Smartphone screen.
As per reports, the application has witnessed more than 7500 downloads. However, playing the speech through this application is not the sign of notes being original.
