Mumbai: Ahead of the super explosive ICC World T20 semi-final between India and West Indies, there emerged a selection issue. Indian selectors and team management had a meeting last evening and again on Thursday morning and there is debate over who would be Yuvraj Singh’s replacement – Ajinkya Rahane or Manish Pandey.

Selectors, including chief selector Sandeep Patil, are backing Ajinkya Rahane while team management is in favour of playing Manish Pandey who took centrestage on Wednesday at the nets when he played at the main pitch while Rahane continued to play on the side pitches.

Now all eyes are on Team India captain MS Dhoni and on who he picks in place of injured southpaw Yuvraj Singh for the all-important T20 World Cup semi-final against West Indies.

Will it be Rahane or Manish Pandey?
