It was not Yuvraj Singh alone who was overlooked, there were also others including Virender Sehwag, Harbhajan Singh, Gautam Gambhir and Zaheer Khan who faced the similar embarrassment. All these stars played an important in the victory of the 2011 World Cup Championship.
The surprising anger of Yuvraj Singh’s father forced the star of the IPL 8 auction to come out and cover up the chaos created by his father. “Like every parent, my dad is also passionate and I am sure got carried away always enjoyed playing under Mahi n would do so in future,” he said in a tweet.
On the other hand, the last few words of the tweet should certainly not go unnoticed which indicates that the ‘Man of the Series’ at the World Cup 2011 is not really planning to take a back seat of retirement anytime soon.
