Jose Mourinho at Manchester United?

United will meet Everton in the semi-final of the FA Cup on April 23.

London: Rumours of former Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho taking reigns at Manchester United grew even stronger amid reports that Sir Alex Ferguson may have admitted defeat in his protest against the Portuguese.
Sources also claim that a three year contract has already been signed between the Old Trafford team and Jose Mourinho. Van Gaal has admitted in recent weeks he could be sacked if United miss out on Champions League qualification or fail to win the FA Cup
Amidst all the Mourinho rumour, Louis van Gaal’s assistant and Manchester United legend, Ryan Giggs had also expressed his desire to take up the managerial position. Sources also said that Giggs had vowed to end his 28-year stint with the club if his demands are not met, especially after three seasons as assistant coach. Giggs assisted David Moyes, handpicked by Ferguson, before Van Gaal.
If Mourinho lands the job at Old Trafford, the rumours of which are growing stronger every day, Giggs’ future might be uncertain given Mourinho’s style of working. He would want his own coaching team and backroom staff.
Manchester United are currently looking at finishing in the top four after what could be termed as a rollercoaster season for the Red Devils. Another silver lining could be their chances of lifting the FA Cup after 12 years.

My view on Van Gaal

Like l said before Van Gaal should be allowed to see off the remainders of his contract. He is a good coach but no thanks to the injuries the team experienced this season, the injuries dealt a big blow to his quest for competing for premier league. I am optimistic that we'll get a champions league slot as it is just four points that separate us from Arsenal and Man City. Mourinho is a good coach but l don't like his style of coaching, he does not work with young players.
