New Delhi: Cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar underwent a knee surgery on Wednesday at a hospital in London and is under bed rest for sometime.

The former Indian cricketer posted a picture of his left leg, covered in a black cast, on his Facebook page and commented that he hopes to recover soon.

“Some injuries trouble even after retirement, but I will be back very soon doing the things I enjoy. Had a knee operation & resting,” the batsman wrote.
