Rio Olympics: Saina Nehwal and co. begin Olympic campaign today

Rio de Janeiro: Six Indian shuttlers including London Olympic bronze-medalist Saina Nehwal will begin their Olympic campaign on Thursday.
Saina who had to be content with a bronze in London after losing to Indonesia's Maria Kristin Yulianti, will be in quest to bag a gold medal this time.  She has been placed in Group G, with lesser known players such as Lohaynny Vicente and Maria Ulitina. 
Apart from Saina, India’s other medal hope PV Sindhu will also begin her campaign on Thursday when she takes on Laurav Sarosi of Hungary.
Kidambi Srikant, men’s doubles pair of Manu Attri and B Sumeeth Reddywala & women’s doubles pair of Jwala Gutta and Ashwini Ponnappa will also be spearheading Indian challenge at the games.
