New Delhi: Media reports are rife about Liverpool striker Mario Balotelli leaving the Premier League and joining Wolverhampton Wanderers in the Championship on Jose Mourinho's advice.
Balotelli signed with Liverpool two years ago during the summer transfer window for a deal of about £16 million. However, under Jurgen Klopp, many believe that the player has remained stagnant at Anfield and has not been able to add anything of value to the team.
Balotelli, to stiffen out the creases over his career, may have had a word with Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho who has apparently advised the Italian football sensation to make his move to Wolverhampton instead of sticking it out with Liverpool. And Wolves are more than ecstatic to take Balotelli in their fold after club was taken over by Chinese investors.
Crsytal Palace recently bought Liverpool striker Christian Benteke for a staggering £32 million. If reports of Mario Balotelli’s transfer are confirmed, this will be one among the most-talked about transfer news this year.
