New Delhi: After Italian striker Mario Balotelli was refused by Serie A side Sassuolo, the Liverpool striker is in a problematic situation with other clubs not too keen on signing the striker.
Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp clearly told the 26-year-old striker to train with the U23 as the club face a surplus of players at Anfield.
Balotelli's agent Mino Raiola is going through a bit of a tough tide as he looks for alternative destinations for the Italian player. His focus will be mainly towards securing a solid deal for the out-of-favour player.
Earlier, Sassuolo's chief executive Giovanni Carnevali straight told in a TV interview that he had flatly refused Balotelli.
Heralded as one of the most valuable players, Balotelli has helped Manchester City to win a Premier League and an FA Cup.
