Yogeshwar had secured a bronze medal in the London Games by defeating Ri Jong-Myong of North Korea.

New Delhi: Finally all the speculations of Indian wrestler Yogeshwar Dutt's bronze medal to be upgraded into gold have been cleared as the United World Wrestling has cleared Togrul Asgarov of Azerbaijan of doping in the 2012 London Olympics.
 
Yogeshwar Dutt's bronze medal from the 2012 London Olympics in the 60 kg category was changed to silver after reports surfaced that the silver medallist from the 2012 London Olympics, deceased Besik Kudukhov of Russia, had used banned substances.
 
Yogeshwar had secured a bronze medal in the London Games by defeating Ri Jong-Myong of North Korea.
