New Delhi: The International Paralympics Committee has raised objections to the kits provided to the Indian contingent and that make threaten their participation in the opening ceremony in Rio.

Reports claimed that Indian team might not be allowed to participate in the Paralympic Games opening ceremony as the kit doesn’t meet official requirements.

There are no white stripes in between saffron and green flag on the blazers of the paralympic team while backs of the track suits have no “India” written on it.

During the Rio Olympics, India faced the many kit related issues – from delays and incorrect sizes to even issues with quality.

During the Rio Olympics, India's boxers were also warned about not having country’s name written on the back of their kit.
