Madrid: Portugal’s star footballer Cristiano Ronaldo will be making a comeback for Real Madrid in this week’s La Liga clash against Osasuna after recovering from a knee injury.
“Yes, I will play [against Osasuna],” the 31-year-old striker was quoted as saying.
Ronaldo had sustained a knee injury during Euro 2016 finals against France. Portugal had gone on to win the title beating France 1-0 by virtue of an extra-time goal by Eder.
Real Madrid have won both of their matches in La Liga so far, outclasing Real Sociedad and Celta Vigo.
