After Manchester United's shocking 3-1 defeat against Watford, Jose Mourinho is considering axing the England star

New Delhi: It is being rumoured that Manchester United striker Wayne Rooney, who has fallen victim to a string of horror show one after another, might be dropped out of the starting XI by Mourinho.

After Manchester United's shocking 3-1 defeat against Watford, Jose Mourinho is considering axing the England star from the starting XI of the team.

Mourinho himself is facing pressure after three consecutive losses, and to answer for that with some desperate wins, Mourinho might just opt for a starting XI without Captain Rooney leading the team.

Manchester United has signed big names this season with Juventus' Paul Pogba and PSG's Ibrahimovic, and far as changing the pattern is concerned, Mourinho will not shy away from making any controversial decisions.

Unless we accept the truth that Rooneys form has dropped and need Henrik to come in as a replacement.Carrick should sit in Deep six for Pogba to perform otherwise we are not playing badly.Baily should partner with Blind and not Smalling
