New Delhi: Paralympics silver medalist Deepa Malik recently took to her Twitter handle to share her bad experience with TATA-SIA-run Vistara Airlines.
Malik who was travelling from Mumbai to Delhi in a Vistara flight has alleged poor handling of wheelchair-bound passengers by the crew members and slammed it for “rude and ill mannered crew”.
In her onboard written complaint, she alleged that one of the crew members behaved rudely with her when she was informing her mother over the phone that the flight was delayed.
When she objected Malik was replied, ‘sweetheart, chill’. She even alleged that the entire cabin crew was not ready to help her reach her seat as they were not well trained.
