Team India gives Dussehra gift to countrymen; thrashes New Zealand by 321 runs to clinch series 3-0

Indore: Indian team gave the best Dussehra gift to the countrymen on Tuesday beating New Zealand by 321 runs in the third Test match to clinch the three-match Test series 3-0
 
Chasing a target of 475 runs, New Zealand were all-out for 153 runs in their second innings. Ashwin delivered his career-best performance picking up 7 wickets for 59 runs. 
 
Earlier in the day, Cheteshwar Pujara and Gautam Gambhir scored some big runs to take India's lead past 400 runs. While Pujara remained unbeaten for 101, Gambhir was dismissed for 50 after a quickfire innings. 
 
India will receive the ICC Test Championship mace at the presentation ceremony in Indore, officialy annoucing their climb to the N0. 1 spot in ICC rankings.
