Spanish giant Real Madrid has now made it evident that they are keen on signing Tottenham goalkeeper Hugo Lloris into their squad. Albeit Lloris recently signed a new deal at White Hart Lane, the contract is unlike to stop Madrid if they are really interested.
Chelsea’s Thibaut Courtois is also on their card; but Real feels that signing Hugo Lloris could be much easier than swooping in on Courtois.
Tottenham, meanwhile, knows that the 30-year-old Frenchman does not want to leave White Hart Lane. However, if Chelsea decides to stand firm on Courtois and is Madrid is forced to look at Tottenham, Spurs could bring pen to paper on the deal.
Lloris, who earns around £100,000 a week at Tottenham, could earn double the amount with Real Madrid.
Manchester United’s David de Gea is also being looked at by Real Madrid.
