Australian cricketer Adam Voges on Tuesday announced retirement from international cricket.
In his last match, Voges will lead Prime Minister XI against visiting Sri Lankan team on Wednesday.

“This will be it for me,” Voges was quoted as saying.

Voges added that he loved being part of the Australian cricket team and had great time playing for the country. 

“I am certainly looking forward to getting out there and playing this game. I have had an amazing couple of years with Australia with the Test team and I have loved every minute of it.” he said.

The 37-year-old has played 20 Tests, 31 ODIs and seven T 20Is for Australia.
