8 kg explosives recovered from Congress leader’s house in West Bengal

WEST BENGAL: In a shocking incident which can bring the Congress to the centre of the target, a leader of its party is surrounded with all troubles. 

Eight kg explosive material has been recovered from Congress Block President Alfazuddin Biswas’s residence in Suti 1 Block in Murshidabad district of West Bengal on Monday.

Biswas was reported to be absconding earlier but was later taken into custody.

Villagers heard a sound this morning and alerted the police about the same. Following the information from the villagers, the police started the probe and found eight kg of explosive from the leader’s house.

Further investigation are on.
