Nepalese Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda on Monday said that his government is committed to create an investor-friendly environment.
The Nepalese premier, who is on a four-day visit to India, also said his country's relations with India and China are not comparable.
"We will do all we can to ensure industrial security in Nepal. The government of Nepal remains committed to adopt every possible measures to provide investors necessary security," he said while addressing a luncheon meeting organised by CII, FICCI and Assocham in New Delhi.
When asked how does he see Nepal's relation with China vis-a vis Indo-Nepal ties, Prachanda said the two cannot be compared.
"Due to specific cultural, historical and tradition of economic interdependence, relations with India are crucial and vital although we also want to develop relations with China. They cannot be compared right now and there is no question of comparison," the PM added.
