Youth brigade of leaders all set to take Capital by storm
New Delhi, Nov 18 : The youth brigade of leaders is more than keen to change the political scenario in the Capital after the Assembly elections.
Talking to UNI, BJP candidate for the Patparganj Assembly seat Nakul Bhardwaj said the number of youth leaders contesting the Delhi polls may be less but once they won the elections, they would take altogether different approach towards development from the one senior leaders prefer.
He said, ''Lack of good education, unemployment, lack of guidance and traffic problems are some of the few problems which are troubling the young generation no end, so it will be my sincere effort to solve those problems to the best of my abilities.'' The BJP's candidate for the Gokulpur Assembly seat Ranjit Kashyap also echoed Bhardwaj's view, saying lack of basic amenities, infrastructure, unemployment and parking problems were top on his agenda and he would ensure once he won that those problems say an early goodbye to the people of his area.
Mundka seat BJP candidate Manoj Shokeen said, '' See, development is not taking place just because lack of good education and employment opportunities which have become the bane of the young generation. But by opening good schools and opening new job avenues, we can certainly overcome the evil. If elected, I promise my first priority will be to solve these issue.'' BJP's Kirari seat candidate Anil Jha and Congress' Kasturba Nagar seat aspirant Neeraj Basoya seconded the view, saying,'' National issues do have their own place, but basic problems bedevilling the capital should be solved first.'' Congress' youngest candidate for the Trilokpuri Assembly seat Anjana Pracha's views were no different as she said,'' Good education, ample job opportunities and provision of basic amenities would do a world of good to the capital and the sooner we provided that the better it would be for the city as well as the entire country.''
