Arunachal Pradesh chopper crash: 2 military personnel found dead

Army sources further reported that while attempts are being undertaken to recover the third body, the bodies of two troops have already been found. Five people in total were aboard the tragic helicopter.

According to the Guwahati Defence PRO, an Advanced Light Helicopter (ALH) crashed this morning at approximately 10:40 am close to the Tuting region in the Upper Siang district of Arunachal Pradesh.

Superintendent of Police for Upper Siang Jummar Basar, informed that “There is no road connection to the accident scene. There is a rescue crew on the way.”

Earlier on October 5, a Cheetah helicopter crash near the Tawang region of Arunachal Pradesh claimed the life of an Indian Army pilot.
