Wanted Crook Detained After Shootout in Noida Film City

The Uttar Pradesh Police apprehended one man on Friday morning in the Film City area of Noida on up to 21 offences.

In the meantime, during the late-night hours of Thursday, another incident occurred with a chain and cell phone thief named Harjeet from Ghaziabad in the Police Station area of Sector 113, close to Prithla.

The accused had stolen three mobile phones on Thursday in Ghaziabad, according to the ADCP.

“When the police pursued, the criminal fired first and was hurt in retaliatory gunfire. One car, three smartphones, and other items were found. search is being conducted for his missing buddy, “said he.

He was found to be in possession of all three stolen cell phones as well as a stolen KTM bike from Delhi.

He has “over a dozen crimes in Delhi NCR charged against him and his evading partner is being hunted,” the source continued.
