Migratory birds start arriving at Kaziranga National Park

Kaziranga Park is one of the biggest habitats for migrating birds. The birds in this area are from Europe, the Netherlands, and Russia.

According to a park research worker, migratory birds have begun to arrive in Kaziranga National Park.

Research officer Rabindra Sharma, said, “The migrating bird season typically begins in November at the national park, but this year it has already begun. This year, a number of bird species have moved into the national park. These migrating birds have been spotted in the national park’s Burapahar, Bagori, and Agoratoli areas “

Kaziranga Park is one of the biggest habitats for migrating birds. The birds in this area are from Europe, the Netherlands, and Russia.

Many unique species, including painted storks and spawn-billed ducks, have been spotted in the Kaziranga in previous two years.

Two-thirds of the Great One-horned Rhinoceros in the world reside in the Kaziranga National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
