ONGC helicopter carrying 9 makes emergency landing in Arabian Sea, 6 rescued

Six people have been rescued so far, with others being sought, according to ONGC. The operations are still ongoing.
The Indian Coast Guard has also joined the rescue efforts, according to ANI.

Two ships have been redirected to the rescue site by the Coast Guard. According to ANI, a Dornier aircraft that took off from Daman dropped one rescue raft in the region.

The accident occurred 7 nautical miles into the Arabian Sea from Mumbai.
