Unidentified individuals shot and killed two youths in Bihar’s capital on Wednesday morning.The event occurred near Loha Godam in Patna’s Badi Pahari neighbourhood. The Bypass police station has jurisdiction over the region.
Unidentified individuals opened fire on the boys while they were travelling on a scooty and fled. One of the teenagers died on the scene, and the other died on the way to the hospital.
Police hurried to the scene after obtaining the information. Patna City SP Pramod Yadav and other police officers also came.
The deceased have been identified as Chandan Kumar of Gulzarbagh and Saurabh Kumar alias Golu of Choti Pahari.Police are reviewing CCTV video from the neighbourhood in order to identify the perpetrators.
The inquiry is now underway.
