Trade analyst Taran Aadarsh tweeted the series’ first poster on Instagram with the description, “URMILA MATODKAR DEBUTS ONLINE WITH WEB SERIES “TIWARI” Known for her outstanding performances in the films Satya, Ek Haseena Thi, Bhoot, Rangeela, Kaun, and Pinjar, #UrmilaMatondkar makes a return. debuts on the internet with the suspenseful novel #Tiwari.
The online series, which is based in a tiny hamlet and centres on an emotional mother-daughter relationship, stars #UrmilaMatondkar as the title character. Pre-production is now underway for the programme, which is being directed by Saurabh Varma and produced by Dr. Raj Kishor Khaware and Utpaal Acharya.”
The drama, directed by Saurabh Varma, is described as a thriller with a heartfelt mother-daughter plot.
In the poster, Urmila was depicted as having a rough appearance, wounds on her body, and a white handkerchief tied to her hand.
The pre-production phase of the series is now underway, and filming will shortly start.
The series’ scheduled debut has not yet been announced.
Urmila has appeared in a number of blockbuster movies, including “Rangeela,” “Judaa,” “Satya,” “Masoom,” “Kunwara,” and “Chamatkar.”
