Actors Varun Dhawan and Janhvi Kapoor are set to reunite for director Shashank Khaitan’s upcoming romantic drama film.
Titled ‘Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari’, the movie is scheduled to release in theaters on April 18, 2025.
Dharma Productions took to Instagram to share a special announcement video with the caption, “Your Sanskari is on his way to get his Kumari! This love story filled with entertainment is coming to the big screens! #SunnySanskariKiTulsiKumari in cinemas, 18th April 2025!”
Written and directed by Shashank Khaitan, the film is produced by Karan Johar.
‘Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari’ marks Varun’s third collaboration with Shashank after ‘Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania’ and ‘Badrinath Ki Dulhania’, and Janhvi’s second collaboration with the director after her debut film ‘Dhadak’.
This film also reunites Varun and Janhvi after their previous romantic drama film ‘Bawaal’.After the production house shared the video, their friends and fans flooded the comment section with red heart emojis.
Khushi Kapoor expressed her excitement with a comment, “Wooohooooo.”

Another user commented, “Eagerly waiting for this movie.”
Meanwhile, Varun is also set to appear in the action thriller film ‘Baby John’, which is slated to release on May 31, 2024.
Additionally, he has a web series ‘Citadel’ in the pipeline.
On the other hand, Janhvi will be seen next in the sports drama film ‘Mr and Mrs Mahi’ and the pan-India film ‘Devara’.
