ASUS ZenFone 3 series to arrive in India by December

ZenFone 3 series and the ZenBooks may be launched by the end of Q3

New Delhi: A day after the launch of several new ZenFone 3 series, ASUS India is set to launch the smartphones by the end of third quarter of this year.

Reports said the ZenFone 3 series and the ZenBooks may be launched by the end of Q3 which means around November-December 2016.

ASUS on Monday announced its third generation of ZenFones at an event, called the Zenvolution, in Taipei.  The three new series are ZenFones—the ZenFone 3, ZenFone 3 Deluxe.

The company also announced the ZenBook 3 and Transformer 3 and Transformer 3 Pro devices.

Taiwan-based computer hardware company has unveiled its first robot "Zenbo" along with a series of Zenfone 3 smartphones and a lightweight notebook ZenBook 3 at "Computex 2016".

ZenFone 3 Deluxe is the flagship model and is constructed with a strong and light aluminum alloy unibody. It features a 5.7-inch Full HD super AMOLED display, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 series processor and up to 6GB RAM.

The device has 23MP camera and three-axis electronic image stabilisation for steady 4K UHD videos.

The ZenBook 3 notebook is powered by Intel Core i7 processor and comes with 16GB RAM, up to a 1TB SSD, a USB Type-C port and a powerful quad-speaker audio by Harman Kardon.

Its high-resolution 12.5-inch display has tough, scratch-resistant Corning Gorilla Glass 4. ZenBook 3 provides up to nine hours of battery life.
