Tokyo: The Japanese finance ministry said on Wednesday that the country’s goods trade deficit in September stayed at 114.5 billion yen (about $955 million).

The ministry said in a preliminary report that, on a customs-cleared basis, the world’s third largest economy’s exports rose 0.6 percent from a year earlier, while imports declined 11.1 percent, reported Xinhua.
