Pakistan is opposing India from becoming president of Human Rights Council in Geneva. The UNHRC Chairmanship rotates every year from one regional group to the other. Nomination is done by the group. Asia Pacific group is nominating. India, South Korea have made a pitch. Consultations are on. Pakistan has expressed opposition to India's nomination. It's Asia turn to chair UNHRC and India and vying for it. Pakistan is opposing India and naturally DPRK is opposing ROK.
