Former US Ambassador to India Frank Wisner speaks to Foreign Affairs Editor Geeta Mohan saying that Pakistan first must walk the talk before expecting further dialogue with India. “It’s a long-term engagement and a long-term process”. However, the former Ambassador was still interested in India and Pakistan engaging in talks but India this time around wanted to see some forward movement on the investigation, but nothing has come on that end.
