Kabul: An improvised explosive device exploded in a crowded marketplace in northern Afghan province on Monday killing at least six people and injuring 35 others.
The bomb had been hidden on a bicycle, but its not yet clear who is responsible for the attack.
“Enemies of the people of Afghanistan put an improvised explosive device on a bicycle and targeted our innocent countrymen who were there to buy their needs,” said a spokesperson of provincial governor after the blast.
