In recent developments to the Hafiz Muhammad Saeed ongoing saga in Pakistan, there are reports that Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) founder and 37 others have been put on the Exit Control List by the local government.

The Exit Control List effectively bars Hafiz Saeed and the others from exiting Pakistan.

This action from Pakistan’s Interior Ministry further tightens the noose on Jamaat-ud-Daawah’s (JuD) chief who is one of the most wanted terrorists in the world with a bounty of $10 million on his head by the US government.

Hafiz Saeed was put under house arrest last week by the Pakistani government which resulted in massive protests by the JuD supporters.
