A South Supreme Airlines jet carrying 44 people on Monday crashed into the runway of Wau Airport in South Sudan, causing fears of everyone losing their lives.
Fire engines were rushed to the plane immediately after it crashed on the runway. The exact reason for the deadly accident has not yet been ascertained. All onboard have been rescued.
The plane was reportedly coming in from South Sudan’s capital Juba South Supreme Airlines is a South Sudanese airline which began operations in September 2013.
