Hyderabad: ‘Pencil’ is the directorial debut of Mani Nagaraj that was released in Tamil and Telugu on Friday. The movie features GV Prakash Kumar and Sri Divya in the lead roles. 
The movie is written by Mani Nagaraj, the movie is a crime suspense thriller that revolves around the mystery of a high school. The story of the movie revolves around two friends of the murdered student have to find his killer before the next class starts. The crux of the story is knitted by solving the murder mystery. However, the movie keeps the audience glued to their seats. 
GV Prakash Kumar (Shiva) and Sri Divya (Maya) have delivered a great performance as high school students. The chemistry between the two is also mesmerising. Shariq Hassan, VTV Ganesh, Urvashi, TP Gajendran, Abhishek Shankar also played a major role in the movie. 
The movie ‘Pencil’ is produced by SP Ragavesh under the banner Kalsan Movies Pvt Ltd. The music in the movie is scored by GV Prakash Kumar and Gopi Amarnath is the cinematography.
