SS Rajamouli’s much-awaited magnum opus ‘Baahubali: The Conclusion’ is expected to be even bigger and better than its prequel ‘Baahubali: The Beginning’. If the latest buzzes are to be believed, King Khan of Bollywood Shah Rukh Khan has been roped in to play a cameo in the film.

As per a report published by Mumbai Mirror, SRK has been approached for an important role in ‘Baahubali: The Conclusion’. He will play the role of a mediator between Prabhas and Rana Daggubati’s characters. The character was earlier offered to South biggies like Tamil superstar Suriya and  Malayalam stalwart Mohanlal but eventually the maker ended up with the ‘Raees’ actor.

A source was quoted saying, “The makers had approached South actors like Suriya and Mohanlal for a cameo in the Telugu film, which will be dubbed and released in Tamil and Hindi. But now it will be Shah Rukh who plays the character of a mediator between protagonist Prabhas and villain Rana Daggubati. It is an interesting sequence in the narrative.”

‘Baahubali: The Conclusion’ also stars Tamannaah Bhatia and Anushka Shetty which is slated to release on 28 April.
