Actress Faye Dunaway, who was involved in the major mix-up over the Best Picture winner at the 89th Academy Awards here, wore a long-sleeved white ensemble by Nepalese-American designer Prabal Gurung.
She wore a Atelier Prabal Gurung gown, featuring a shoulder cut-out detailing, to present the Best Picture Oscar here.
Gurung later tweeted: “Legend and an icon Faye Dunaway presents the Best Picture to ‘Moonlight’ at Oscars wearing Atelier Prabal Gurung. Surreal. Dreams do come true.”

She previously walked the red carpet on Sunday in a navy blue Esteban Cortazar dress, which was half double-breasted tuxedo, half ruffled, sheer gown. She made a quick change before hitting the stage for the final award, reports people.com.
Her stylist Elizabeth Stewart wrote on Instagram that Dunaway “really gets fashion”. “She loves and understands young designers like E.Cortazar who made this for her based on a look from his upcoming show,” Stewart explained.
Dunaway presented the Best Picture winner alongside her ‘Bonnie and Clyde’ co-star Warren Beatty, but they were accidentally given the wrong envelope. They mistakenly announced that ‘La La Land’ won, when actually, the team of “Moonlight” went home with the Best Picture honour.
