Bollywood hotshots Jacqueline Fernandez and Sidharth Malhotra costarred in Krishna DK’s ‘A Gentleman’ the two stars gave impressive performances on the screen but failed to garner praises, because all typical, dramatic Indian audience could think about was about the rumours which flew in and not the hard work that did too. Jacqueline Fernandez, a name in Bollywood that has been synonymous with cheerfulness and bubbliness. The Sri Lanka born actress and model is among one of those in the industry who has always voiced her opinion and shared what she felt should have come out. She has always clarified her stands strongly about her relationships, acting, and movies.

Rated as one of the most attractive celebrities by various organisations, she is the future of the glitz industry. Once again making her point she has hit out on fake rumour hounding media outlets and websites who allegedly paired her up with co-star Sidharth Malhotra shortly after the duo started shooting for ‘A Gentleman’. In an interview given to DNA, the bollywood diva has spilled the beans on everything that has been talk of the town about her personal life and not her acting, despite Judwaa 2 lined up for release.

An actor is an artist and if discussions skip from their art and performances to their personal lives and their likings, its obvious people are judging them on the wrong line, the curious case of Jacky is quite similar. Instead of being asked about what we should be looking forward to when we get to see her on the big screen with Varun Dhawan in a double role and Tapsee Pannu in a counter role in Judwaa 2, she is being showered with questions of what’s there between her and Sidharth and if Alia is okay with all that.

Let’s not forget Alia Bhatt never confirmed her relationship status with Sidharth Malhotra and nor did Sid. Jacqueline also maintained she was and has still stayed on the fact that she is single and there is nothing between her and any of her co-stars, not just Sidharth. Dashing all the rumours aside she has yet again clarified that acting alongside a co-star doesn’t make the two of them faking a relationship, they are trained professional and it’s their job.

“First of all, if I’m dating someone, I will talk about it. Sid and I are not dating, we are just friends. We have worked on a film together. I don’t see why two actors who have had a happy working relationship always have to be linked to each other. Honestly, I don’t want to date my co-stars. They are professionals to me, and people I’m working with. So I don’t want to be in a relationship with them. So put those rumours to rest, it’s not going to happen. Even if I’m saying we are not dating, which is the truth, that’s a story. I’m sick and tired of being linked to my co-stars because I don’t see them that way”, she told DNA.

She also addressed the baseless rumours on the internet which said, Jacqueline had unfollowed Alia on Instagram as there is a possible rift between the two actresses over Sidharth. Adding how she and Alia, who is currently shooting for Raazi, have no time to discuss their Social media follower list with each other, she said, “Alia understands me and we have a lot of banter together, it’s just that I didn’t know I was not following her.”

And we should understand it isn’t a big deal, people should rather get inspired from Jacqueline and Alia’s work in their respective films and not by the fact of them following each other on Instagram.
