Gujarat Polls: AAP’s Kejriwal, Mann and Cong’s Gehlot to begin their 3-day visit

Aam Aadmi Party leaders Arvind Kejriwal and Bhagwant Mann, as well as Congress veteran Ashok Gehlot, will travel to Gujarat for a three-day visit beginning October 28, during which they will address public rallies in various parts of the state for their respective parties.

During their visit, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, who also serves as the AAP’s national convener, and his Punjab counterpart Bhagwant Mann are scheduled to speak at six rallies.

According to party sources, Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot will also hold six public rallies.

According to information provided by the AAP, Mr. Kejriwal and Mr. Mann will speak to the public at a meeting in the Panchmahal district’s Morwa Hadaf Assembly seat at noon. In the Patan district’s Kankerej Assembly seat, they will also address a rally there.

They will speak at public rallies on Saturday in the Navsari district of Chikhli and the Narmada district of Dediapada, and on Sunday in the Bhavnagar district of Gariadhar Assembly seat and the Rajkot district of Dhoraji.

Party officials stated that during their visits, they will also meet with their party’s leaders to go over election strategy.

On Friday, Gehlot will speak at rallies in the Dahod district’s Garbada and Jhalod.

According to party sources, he will speak at rallies in Navsari in the Navsari district of south Gujarat on Saturday and three rallies in Danta in the Banaskantha district, Khedbrahma in the Sabarkantha district, and Bhilod in the Aravalli district on Sunday.

The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), which is currently in power in Gujarat, must hold elections for the 182-member Legislative Assembly by the end of the year. The polling schedule has not yet been disclosed, though.
