Tabarak Hussain, a Pakistani Fidayeen suicide bomber who was apprehended by Indian Army on August 21 near LOC in Naushera, passed away on Saturday following a heart arrest.

Army authorities claim that Hussain was apprehended by the Indian Army while attempting to smuggle himself into Indian territory in Naushera, Rajouri. The terrorist who was apprehended, Tabarak Hussain, a native of Sabzkot village in the Pakistan-occupied Kashmir district Kotli, is currently receiving medical care at an Army hospital. Hussain was in a life-threatening situation before Army doctors were able to save him.

Army officers said, “He was being treated at Army Hospital in Rajouri and sustained gunshot injuries in his leg and shoulder.”

Hussain revealed that he had been offered money by a Pakistani Colonel Yunus Choudhary to be deployed along with three to four other terrorists to carry out a “fidayeen” attack against Indian forces after crossing the LoC. Hussain was receiving treatment at the Army Hospital. Hussain was shot, but his companions managed to flee.

In response to inquiries, Hussain stated, “We numbered four to five. We were here to perish. Colonel Yunus Choudhary of Pakistani Army sent us. He provided us with funds to strike Indian installations.” He further said that gang was carrying four to five firearms.

He added “To strike the Indian Army was requested of us. I arrived in 2016. We were unable to assault this time. The other people fled. The Indian Army rescued me after I was shot.”

Jammu and Kashmir Police detained an “enemy agent” on Saturday for allegedly sharing confidential information with his handler in Pakistan via various social media platforms concerning police stations and security troops.

Abdul Wahid of Chergi Dool, the “enemy agent,” was apprehended following a collaborative input from the Kishtwar Police, 11 Rashtriya Rifles (RR), and Military Intelligence (MI).
