Two hybrid terrorists affiliated to the outlawed terrorist group AGuH were apprehended by police and the army in Anantnag, and weapons and ammunition were found in their hands.

At Waghama-Opzan Road, the Police and Army (3RR) created a Joint naka based on specific information concerning the movement of terrorists. Tanveer Ahmad Bhat, the son of Ali Mohammad Bhat, a resident of Waghama Bijbehara, and Tufail Ahmad Dar, the son of Ghulam Hassan Dar, a resident of Midora Tral, were both caught during the combined party’s search, according to police.

Two handguns, two magazines, and 15 rounds were found in their possession during the search.

Accordingly, a FIR was filed at PS Bijbehara in accordance with the necessary legal provisions, and an inquiry was launched, according to Jammu and Kashmir Police.

In the upper reaches of the Sangaldan and Gool woodland region in the Ramban district of Jammu and Kashmir, security personnel uncovered a terrorist hideaway on Sunday and found a massive stockpile of weapons and ammo, including a Chinese handgun.

During a combined search operation by the Indian Army, Jammu and Kashmir Police, and Special Operations Group, the hideaway was discovered (SOG).
