Member of Parliament Kartikeya Sharma on Tuesday was awarded ‘BW Applause Person of The Year’ for his immense contribution in social service.
Business World magazine gives the award to the best and the brightest to bring fundamental difference in an area. A distinguished jury of top leaders have unanimously picked Kartikeya Sharma as the winner.
He was felicitated in a glittering ceremony in the presence of several luminaries. Praising the MP, Anurag Batra of Business World said, Kartikeya Sharma has a long legacy of social service.
“He has been working in various areas to bring real changes in the society for many years now. His effort ‘Lal Chowk to Lal Qila Tiranga Yatra’ was a great initiative during ‘Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav’. He was in a way instrumental in uniting the country through his initiative.”
