On Friday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi expanded the free ration programme to include the whole populace, claiming that this will benefit more than 80 crore people.

His comments came after he laid the cornerstone for many projects in Ambaji, Gujarat. “The government has extended its free ration programme in order to assist my sisters throughout this holiday season. According to PM Modi, the government is spending around Rs 4 lakh crore to help more than 80 crore people in need.

Additionally, he emphasised the construction of homes for the underprivileged, stating, “So far, we have constructed more than 3 crore homes throughout the country and distributed them to the underprivileged.

Most of these homes are owned by mothers and sisters.

He observed that it was a lucky moment to visit his native state and that “fortunate to spend Navratri in Ambaji. The projects that are started here will completely change the area.”

He also emphasised how the perception of the northwest has evolved.
“Due to the ongoing work over the past 20 years, Banaskantha’s image has altered. The use of Neer, Sujalam-Sufalam, and Narmada Drip Irrigation has significantly changed the situation. Sisters have assumed a leadership position in this “he added.

He also mentioned how Indian culture has the idea of respecting women ingrained in it.

“It seems so simple to us when we discuss respect for women. But when we give it some serious thought, we discover just how deeply respect for women is ingrained in our society. We also view India as a mother, and we consider ourselves to be Mother Bharati’s children “PM Modi stated.

The foundation stone for many projects totaling more than Rs 7,200 crore was laid by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday in Ambaji.

As PM Modi digitally activated the launch, thousands of spectators cheered at the occasion.

Additionally, as part of the PRASAD initiative, Prime Minister Modi will lay the cornerstone for the construction of the Taranga Hill – Ambaji – Abu Road New Broad Gauge Line and pilgrimage facilities at the Ambaji Temple.

The new train line is anticipated to assist thousands of pilgrims who go to Ambaji, one of the 51 Shakti Peethas, and will improve the pilgrims’ worship experiences at all of these holy sites. The development of the runway and related infrastructure at Air Force Station, Deesa, as well as the Ambaji Bypass Road are among the other projects for which the foundation stone will be set.

When Prime Minister Narendra Modi attended a roadshow earlier that day in Ambaji, Gujarat, the streets reverberated with zeal and fervour.

The area was crowded with thousands of people shouting slogans.

While the security detail was seen removing the debris and making room, PM Modi’s convoy was greeted with flower petals being sprinkled on his vehicle.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s convoy made room for an ambulance earlier in the day.

As the convoy travelled from Ahmedabad to Gandhinagar, the automobile tracks came to an alignment on one side of the road to allow the ambulance to pass easily.
