Mumbai: Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) president Raj Thackeray declared a kind of a war against PM Modi yesterday on the auspicious day of Gudi Padwa. While speaking at a rally on Gudi Padwa, Raj Thackeray hit out at PM Modi saying that Modi failed to bring in ‘achhe din.’
The rally held at Shivaji Park in Mumbai, was seen as a comeback rally where Thackeray spoke with the view of re-igniting the hold of his doused party.
Targeting PM Modi and his government directly, Thackeray mocked Modi for his innumerable foreign trips. He also said that ‘achhe din’ were promised in 100 days but even after 300 days there is no trace of ‘achhe din.’
Thackeray’s wrath was evident from the way he targeted the BJP. Thackeray even went further to say the Modi is now only fooling people and that there is no difference left between the Congress and the BJP.
Thackeray also dared the Uddhav Thackeray-led Shiv Sena to quit its alliance with the BJP as according to him BJP is not giving due credit to the Shiv Sena.
